golden oldies
life is cozy again.
each roommate dressed up
as the golden girl
she most resembles.
we ate cheesecake
and watched the show.
i was given the honor
of being sofia for the night,
but our blanche was dressed
to the nines, our rose
was ready with her stories,
and our dorothy had her
stern face down pat.
